Katie is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s of Science in Nursing Administration. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare. Her expertise includes managing various types of audits from development of audit criteria to reporting of results with recommendations for improved documentation, charge practices and compliance

Karen is a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Science. She has 17 years of healthcare nursing experience including coronary care, clinical office administration, utilization review and revenue cycle. Karen is the lead chart auditor for Bottom Line Systems
