AAMAS has a variety of sponsorship opportunities that will provide visibility for your company at our annual conference.
Keynote Speaker ($2000)
By hosting the opening session at the Annual Conference, your company’s name will be listed in the Onsite Program, on signage at the entrance to the opening session and a 1/2 page ad in the onsite program.
Luncheons ($1500) – Up to 4 opportunities accepted
Luncheon sponsors are ensured access to all conference attendees on Thursday and/or Friday. This is a highprofile sponsorship with your company’s name front and center before a captive audience. Your company’s name will be listed in the Onsite Program, on a sign at the luncheon and a 1/4 page ad in the onsite program.
Continental Breakfast ($1000) – Up to 2 opportunities accepted
Continental breakfast will be located in the exhibit areas on Thursday and/or Friday. Your company’s name will be listed in the Onsite Program, on a sign at breakfast and a 1/8 page ad in the onsite program.
Opening Reception ($750) - Up to 3 opportunities accepted
Opening Reception sponsors have the opportunity to connect with conference attendees in a relaxed atmosphere onWednesday evening. Conference attendees look forward to enjoying hors d’oeuvres and beverages while networking with other conference participants. Your company’s name will be listed in the Onsite Program and signage at the event.
Networking Breaks ($500) - Up to 4 opportunities accepted
Coffee, tea, beverages and snacks will attract attendees to the exhibit areas during the Networking Breaks on Thursday and/or Friday. Your company’s name will be listed in the Onsite Program and signage at the event.
Reception Entertainment ($350)
By sponsoring the entertainment at the Opening Reception onWednesday evening, your company’s name will be listed in the Onsite Program and signage at the event.
